[enh] stop searx when an engine raise an SyntaxError exception (#2177)

Browse source 
and some other exceptions:
* KeyboardInterrupt
* SystemExit
* RuntimeError
* SystemError
* ImportError: an engine with an unmet dependency will stop everything.
