Nirbheek Chauhan a8d8201dda gst-rtsp-server: Dump test-launch debug graph every 5 seconds 
This also serves as an example of how to fetch the pipeline from
a running media and doing something else with it.

gst-rtsp-server is a library on top of GStreamer for building an RTSP server

There are some examples in the examples/ directory and more comprehensive
documentation in docs/README.
