Adapt to no longer renamed ffi crates
...
Allows us to set all the crates in the main workspace file, so changing
their versions or branch is much simpler and reduce the amount of noise
in the diff

validate: Implement action types registration support
...
This is implemented mostly manually because the API is a bit weird
and we need to do some extra work to make it work properly.
Also basing it on a Builder makes it much nicer to user.
This commit also includes required new types either generated with `gir`
or manually implemented when required.

gstreamer: Move initialization panic into a separate function

This keeps the number of duplicated panics all over the codebase lower
and reduces generated code size.
